Launched in 2009 as the very first 'Food Truck' in South Gujarat. The idea was inspired by Europe and the concept was new at that time. Mr. Snehal Modi & Mr. Sunil Dubey show the opportunity which was missed by many Gujarati businessmen. The primary goal to start as a food truck was to learn about the various activities involved in running a food business as both the founders were new to the industry. A year later, in 2010, the first outlet was started in Surat for the student crowd. In 2015, they moved to Food Court. It was again one of the first food courts in Surat city.
